Frontline Equipment Maintenance Pty Ltd is based in Mackay, Queensland and owned/operated by Craig Garth and Tim Granter. Between them, Craig and Tim have more than 60 years of experience within the industry, and a wealth of knowledge across all aspects of industrial repair and maintenance.

Tim and Craig are qualified Diesel Fitters with OEM backgrounds, meaning they know mining and both have the understanding and experience of what is required to maintain specialist mining equipment.

Our Team

Frontline’s qualified, highly skilled and experienced tradespeople have extensive knowledge in all fields, giving our team the ability to work on a wide range of light to heavy vehicles. This includes family cars, commercial vehicles, 4WDs, trucks, trailers and civil machinery.


Aaron Cook
OPERATIONS MANAGER

As trade qualified Diesel Fitter with 13 years’ experience in the mining industry, Aaron transitioned into the Field Service Coordinator role with Frontline for a period of two years. Currently Frontline’s Operations Manager and Return to Work Coordinator, Aaron took on these roles in 2017. Aaron is Frontline’s primary contact for all business-related matters.


Liam Butler
FIELD SERVICE & LABOUR CO-ORDINATOR

Liam is a trade qualified Diesel Fitter, who has 10 years’ experience on and off mine sites. He started with Frontline as the Field Service Coordinator from 2013 to 2015, and then ventured back into the Field Service Diesel Fitter role until 2019. Currently, Liam is back in the Field Service Coordinator position and is our primary contact for any labour and leave requirements for all rostered and ad-hoc positions.


Brad Eveleigh
HEALTH, SAFETY & SYSTEMS MANAGER

Brad started in the mining industry in 1998 and has a background in coal power stations, coal production and mine safety, as well as media and marketing experience. He expanded his mining skills to include mining production statistics in 2014, also gaining qualifications as a Mining Supervisor, Mines Rescue, and held the SSHR position before focusing on safety and training for Frontline. Brad is now the Health, Safety and Systems Manager with additional qualifications in mental health assistance and has high involvement with IT, HR, quality assurance, business relations, marketing and advertising.


Alyssa Granter
INDUCTION, HUMAN RESOURCE & TRAINING COORDINATOR

Since joining Frontline in 2017, Alyssa has been operating as our Inductions, Human Resources, and Training Coordinator. With a business degree specialising in Human Resourcing, which she successfully completed in 2020, Alyssa seamlessly blended her studies with practical experience in Induction Coordinating, starting part-time before smoothly transitioning into full-time employment after graduating. In 2022, her expertise led to her transitioning into a Human Resourcing role. With over 5 years of experience in the mining industry, Alyssa serves as the primary contact for compliance, onboarding, induction, and training enquiries, facilitating the successful integration of employees and contractors onto our sites. Additionally, she holds qualifications to provide mental health assistance.
